Welcome to Haus & Line. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of hausandline.com and the purchase of products from our website. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About Haus & Line
Haus & Line creates and sells printed-to-order fine art photography and wall art.

2. Products
We make every effort to accurately display our artwork, colours, and product details.
Please note that colours may vary slightly between screens and the final printed product due to differences in monitor calibration and printing processes.
Product dimensions, materials, and specifications are listed on each product page.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website.
Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated during checkout before payment is completed.
Payment must be successfully processed before an order enters production.
4. Printed-to-Order Products
Every Haus & Line print is produced specifically for each order.
Because products are printed to order, orders cannot normally be changed or cancelled once production has begun.
If you need to make a change immediately after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations, we’ll do our best to help if production has not yet started.
5. Shipping
Orders are fulfilled through our trusted print and fulfillment partner and shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
Haus & Line is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue.
Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Because every print is produced specifically for each customer, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Changing your mind
- Colour preferences based on monitor differences
- Other non-defective custom orders

7. Intellectual Property
All photography, artwork, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content on this website are the property of Haus & Line unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Purchasing a print does not transfer ownership of the copyright or reproduction rights.
8. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its operation, security, or functionality.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity is suspected.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haus & Line shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
