Return & Refund Policy — Haus & Line

 

Overview

Each Haus & Line print is printed to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or personal preference.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we’ll make it right.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hausline.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging (including the shipping box)

Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement (preferred), or

  • A refund to the original payment method

 

Return Shipping

In most cases, we do not require you to return the item. If a return is required, we will provide instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

 

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing times vary by payment provider and may take several business days to appear.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Because our prints are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • “Doesn’t match my space”

  • Normal, minor color variation between screens and printed materials

Please note: screen settings vary by device. Colors may appear slightly different in print than on your display.
